Tyler is a cofounder of TheatreDNA Creative and a lighting and media designer whose focus is in themed entertainment, architainment, and live production. With a specialty in lighting media and LED display technology, Tyler’s creative and technical design work can be seen worldwide.

His diverse projects have ranged from new building construction to retrofitted installations and have demanded integral roles from design ideation and the development of concept to their implementation and troubleshooting on-site.

Before founding TheatreDNA Creative, Tyler managed his own design firm, Beam & Field, Inc., which specialized in lighting design for themed environments and consulting services for lighting and video technical systems designs. In addition to his extensive freelance work prior to founding his independent company, Tyler was Senior Designer at Los Angeles-based media facade design/build firm StandardVision, where he developed and integrated large-scale LED display installations all over the world.

Tyler earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with a focus in Theatre Design from the University of Arizona located in Tucson, Arizona.
